Matched Resume is a software-as-a-service platform that uses AI to help you tailor your resume to job descriptions, build resumes, generate cover letters, and track job applications. The Service is offered under Free, Pro, and Ultimate subscription plans, each with its own feature limits.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payment

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or every 4 weeks depending on the plan you select) via our payment processor, Razorpay.
• Prices are displayed in USD or INR depending on your billing region.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, submitting unlawful or infringing content, or using the Service to generate fraudulent or misleading application materials.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the resume, job description, and other content you submit to the Service. The Service itself, including its software and design, is owned by Matched Resume and its licensors.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service, including AI-generated content, is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that using the Service will result in job offers or interviews.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Matched Resume shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law
